The older Trac 0.12 will continue to be supported for as long as useful, for fixing critical errors and security issues (Long Term Support release). However the site you are currently visiting tracks the actual development of the Trac project, so please don't make edits here on trac.simply for the sake of testing Trac.
The next longer term supported release will likely be 1.2, so if you're on 1.0, think about upgrading. Instead, if you want to test out some of the features in Trac, please use the 0.12, 1.0 (older versions), 1.2 (current stable version) or 1.3.x (development version) demo sites.
